The goals of this programme:

• Empower young political leaders and thereby create a community of informed citizens.
  
• Empower young political leaders through knowledge, information and development of innate talent.
  
• Equip the participants from with understanding of new technology and knowledge about trends in the Globalization process.
  
• Make the participants efficient and productive political managers by helping them to expand their continuum of decision-making ability.
  
• Establish confidence among participants to deal with the outer world through consensus, cooperation and solidarity.
  
• Develop a set of political leaders who believe in human rights and responsibilities on the lines of human dignity, empathy, rule of law, responsibility and transparency.
